I had my 2010 America serviced by them in December of 2014, which included replacing the steering head bearing and the fork springs. When they returned it to me it seemed like the front end was unstable during my ride back to Cleveland. While checking it over I noticed the right top fork clamp bolt was sticking half way out of the hole. The left top fork clamp bolt was also found to not have been tightened down at all. I purchased my 899 back in January. They let me store it til May. Every time I have visited the shop they have hooked me up with something. I broke my shifter, called Kevin, and within a week he had sent it out to me. Hands down the best customer service I have ever had. Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful. I recommend NODT to everyone I talk to.
The best shop in the USA, and I have been to tons. Been taking care of me since 2007 with my first purchase. Great people , glad to call them my friends.
