Chris in sales was great. Shawn in service, not so much. Left my bike there for a week to handle a warranty issue and have new handlebars installed. I came back a week later and they hadn't even ordered the bars, let alone installed them. Finally, had it not been for my own follow ups, I wouldn't even have known the warranty part had even been ordered prior to dropping my bike off for a week while on vacation. Normally not a big deal but, living two hours away makes scheduling a bit tricky. Better/any communication would've ... read more
I rode into State Fork state park park for the first Triumph Rally from Southern Maryland. While reroute I had a puncture in rear tire. I was able to plug it and make it to Rally. But the plug failed on Saturday. I immediately called nearest dealer ( BMW) I was informed that they closed in an hour and could not help me until Monday.
