We had a rat find its way into the house. I have little to no experience dealing with rodents but I am absolutely petrified of them. Not only did Elko Pest Control schedule an appointment with me quickly, Mona was able to help me identify what kind of rodent I was dealing with and gave me lots of helpful safety advice on how to clean up the droppings. Dave was great! He was friendly and willing to do whatever it took to ensure the extermination of two yellow jacket nests in my yard up to and including continuing the job even after getting stung and was even willing to stop by again late the next night to ensure the work was finished. Extremely committed to the safety and well-being of our community.
