She's a decent physician, but she has absolutely ZERO respect for her patients time. It takes 6 months to get an appointment at all, and then she schedules people at 10am and 1030am when she has absolutely no intention of being there until 1045. Waltzes through the door and sees her patients sitting there waiting and then goes and chats with the receptionist for 15 minutes. Kind Caring Excellent Dr & Staff. I’ve had several challenges medically migraines Herniated discs neck & back for decades. Dr Kurtz always takes time to listen an address your questions & concerns. Did I mention I dislike every Dr.period. She’s One of a kind.
Horrible service. Have sat on hold for a total of 3 hours trying to cancel an appointment.i wouldn't even bother with the. If an office is this inattentive during the scheduling process, how invested could they possibly be in your health? I'd give 0 stars if I could.
Wonderful doc. Sometimes there is a wait, but she’s thorough, friendly, and listens.
