These guys at NMSE are amazing. Great inventory, so many products, the service is very good and reliable. During my recent visit, I dealt with Brandon and Tyler on a Westinghouse generator issue. Both guys were super helpful. Tyler was also able to explain the intricacies of this particular generator, and Brandon ensured my pick up went smooth. So knowledgeable. Highly recommend for all your small and mid-sized product and repair needs. Thanks guys, 5 stars all day long!
Had a number of great experiences in the beginning with NMSE but my last one was very poor and will be looking for another small engine guy. Brought a fuel tank in a month ago. Was told every week that it would be fixed then finally went in today and just wanted my tank back. Felt like the left hand didn't know what the right hand was doing. The delay was blamed on the boss but I'm thinking that he is not the only small engine mechanic around in the shop! If he is then I think he has a business case to hire a backup when not... read more
