Phenomenal team of knowledgeable folks. Went in looking for a new filter for my Stihl chainsaw, but wasn't sure which model I needed. They got me the part at a great price.
Snowblower auger stopped working. They picked it up same day I called (during the Christmas season as well) and got it fixed and back at home within 24 hours, ready to tackle the snow storm. Talk about great service! Would highly recommend.
These guys at NMSE are amazing. Great inventory, so many products, the service is very good and reliable. During my recent visit, I dealt with Brandon and Tyler on a Westinghouse generator issue. Both guys were super helpful. Tyler was also able to explain the intricacies of this particular generator, and Brandon ensured my pick up went smooth. So knowledgeable.
