I have been a patient of Dr. Weckstein’s for over 23 years and have been treated with kindness, respect, and professionalism at every single appointment. From their environment to their office staff and especially Dr. Weckstein, I have always felt welcomed and supported at NMPS. Mary at the front desk is SUPER rude and unprofessional. I called to inquire about an evaluation for my daughter, no answer so I left a message for a return call, and their office “fax line” keeps calling my phone back, so I called the office to see if we could sort it out and she was rude from the beginning when I said “hi I’m Haileigh and I think your office is calling me back but it seems the phone is having a problem.” The phone sounds like dial up from 2003 when I answered.
