We can’t say enough good things about Dr. Brandon and NMPD. We have had regular appointments and an emergency next-day appointment for our toddler and every visit has been professional, caring, and comfortable for both parents and kids! I would highly recommend NMPD.
They really engage with the kids and the doctor explains what's going on when my kids have had a filling. They always get a balloon animal at the end :)
Took my daughter here on recommendation from our dentist because she had a traumatic experience at previous dentistry. We came in for a filling. I paid the 40 out of pocket for the laughing gas because I really did not want another traumatic experience for my 5 year old. Unfortunately this experience was way more traumatic and they didn't even extract a tooth like the experience she had. If I could give 0 stars I would. My son (3) had a filling that broke today, our dentist is out of town for the week. I called asking for help and after explaining our problem the receptionist said “if that dentist did your sons filling then he has to fix it, if we were to work on him we wouldn’t get paid since we didn’t do the initial filling. This place has way to many stupid rules. The menu operator list is 10,000 years long of does and don't and no one answers the phones. This place is clearly an example of far-left "science". No more than 1 child and 1 parent? Must leave endless amounts of information in the voicemail or no one will call you back? How about you guys just answer the phones and do you job serving the community. Limit you operator menu commands and you even say it's lengthy to begin with.
