The work is fine... the clerical staff... exstremely rude and demoralizing. They must be miserable people. They make you stand behind a line until they are "ready" for you. There could be no one there and if you approach the window to check in, they don't even look at you. They simply say, "behind the line." Same for check out. They had me waiting behind the line with no one there for at least 5-10 minutes while they typed and did not answer a call or help a customer. Do not see how kerns could be considered a pediatric dentist. Not very child friendly in my eyes. Parents have the right to be with their children and allowed to show they are scared. Learn how to help children not make it a traumatic event they will forever show fear of dentists thanks to this office.

Really upset me. I thought the appointment for my 3 grandkids was at 4:30. Arrived at 4:32 due to my daughter delivering a baby that day and extremely heavy traffic and we were turned away. They would Not let any of the kids have their teeth cleaned. The hygienist left. Receptionist said the appt was for 4:20. She also said we were 15 minutes late which was untrue. She was very rude to me.
