A few year's ago I was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's. Dr. Evan's and his staff have given me a new lease on life. I truly thank them with all my heart.
Absolutely horrible reception staff. Kept talking over my wife, not giving her a chance to speak, and then hung up on her at the end of the phone call. Did not once attempt to assist my wife, who was simply trying to find out basic information regarding referrals and appointments. Their reception staff is shockingly rude and appears to be totally incompetent. I have epilepsy and am seeing Dr. Austin. I was referred by a dear friend and I am so thankful for that referral, because I have yet to experience any doctor with as much compassion and expert knowledge. Dr. Austin is down to Earth, practical, and respects the choices you make as a patient. She is a phenomenal patient advocate and it's very easy to see she deeply cares about those whom she is treating. I've never felt so supported by a doctor in my 35 years.
