I've lived at Walnut Grove for about 4 years now and can honestly say I have not had any complaints. Clean and safe building. Building manager does a great job!

I would give this place a 0 if I could. Do not rent from them. The owner cares about nothing but money. We rented from them and it was not a good experience. They bought the townhomes we were renting at and at first we thought it would be good. The maintenance man did a good job of fixing things, they got rid of him. The ones we had after just surfaced fixed. They were remodeling after people moved and didn't seem to care about fixing the ones already occupied. I wouldn’t even give it one star. I rented from Northern Management from October 2017-2018. I lived at the property Trumpeter Trails, in De Pere. Karen, is the most unprofessional property manager, as well as unintelligent. When we put the security deposit down she came out of her apartment with her hands full of chip residue and grabbed the check from me. Like you couldn’t wash your hands first? Great first impression. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. This includes both the office in Milwaukee (good luck even getting someone to pick up a phone or return your call) as well as the property management "manager" if you can really call her that. They like to leave notices that they will be stopping by to snoop around and "check the fire alarms" every few months. Half of the time they dont even show up so you spend the day waiting around for nothing. When they do show up they are literally walking up your driveway ... read more

This company is a huge joke, don't even bother. I rented through them for a year and a few months, with the last few being a month-to-month lease. I still haven't received my security deposit back, and when I emailed them they sent me a copy of the letter they included in the check that they had supposedly sent out. $35.05 left off a $500 security deposit? I don't even want it back at that point, it's just a spit in my face. $147 to clean the carpets in the unit. Great, okay, that's fine. Understandable. The $183 charg... read more

Terrible company. My son rented a ground floor apt and there was obviously mold because every time I went there I got really sick. They harassed him, banging on his door early in the AM to get him to want to leave. Claimed they had to charge $130 for "dirty" kitchen, which is a lie because I CLEANED IT MYSELF and I am particular. Couldn't adjust heat and it was HOT. Entered without giving notice; he caught them on a security camera. Do not trust these people!
