Poor customer service attitude over the phone with person working at 2:20pm. I called to book a gentle treatment for my muscle and nerve back pains. I used the words "gentle massage" because that's what I need something gentler that chiropractor and regular massage, instead the person answering the phone got instantly put off and offended by "gentle". I injured my leg on Tuesday and could barely walk for two days. I was able to get a same day appointment with Meghan and I am glad I did. What a difference 6 hours later. I am able to walk with less pain already and am looking forward to my next session. Thank you so much
