Who knew a menopause party could be this much fun? My friends and I went to Northern Lights Imaging today, and they absolutely nailed it. The team was kind, respectful, and made everyone feel completely at ease. We laughed, we chatted, we felt seen — and yes, we walked out with a fabulous swag bag! When I walked in, I thought, "Wow what a beautiful office! It's probably one of the best in Anchorage!" The staff was invaluable. They took care of me even though it was a stressful reason I was there. They were kind, compassionate, and set me at ease.
When I walked in the manager welcomed me with a bright smile. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. Courtney’s very professional, knowledgeable, efficient, down to earth, and made me feel really comfortable. I’m requesting her anytime I need an ultrasound. The facility overall feels warm and it’s modern, clean, and inviting. My family and I will continue to come here for all our imaging. Thank you for an exceptional experience.
Efficient service. Doc sent the referral for an MRI on a Wednesday afternoon, was able to get in on Thursday, then had the results Friday morning. Front desk staff was welcoming and friendly. Lobby is relaxing. They have a cash-pay option if not using insurance, and the MRI was less than $500!
