My parnter and I filled out an application here for a 3 bed 1.5 bath and were denied within hours and given 0 explanation as to why we were denied. They sent back a copy of my report and all of my accounts are in good standing and no prior evictions were found. Seems like a money grab to me because they did send back the application fee but didnt send back the money for the background check
Missed work because no one cleared the parking lot of snow. It's 0930 and still not clear.
We've lived here for almost 6 years. Its been good to us, and we call it home.
I have lived here nearly 2 years. 1 bed, 1 bath, attached garage. Good amenities, flexible staff, and well kept grounds. The only time grounds are not maintained is after a really heavy snowfall, and even then it is cleaned within 24 hours. I only note it because early in the morning I would leave for work and have to plow my own path out of my garage--absolutely no biggie.
