One important thing I have learned is the importance of regular adjustments. Dr . Wilmot is excellent in educating and encouraging this importance.
Dr. Wilmot is one of the best Chiropractors i've had work on me. His adjustment was precise and effective - you can tell he knows exactly what he is doing. Not only is a great doc....he is truly a genuine and inspiring man when it comes to all other areas of life. Go here to have your health taken seriously!

I just love going to the chiropractor! I could barely move at the beginning of this week, a friend refered me to Northern Lights and I was greeted with such kindness, educated on what is happening with my spine and adjusted comfortably.
