They are billing me for an office visit on top of my wellness visit I went in for. The provider was in the room for just a few minutes total and nothing conplex was discussed. Practice manager said it was a mistake, yet months later they start sending bills again, I follow up each time, but nothing happens and now they sent it to collections. Took about 10 months to resolve this and now I've had my next annual pcp checkup and you guys did it again dec 2025.. you billed insurance for a well visit then 2 days later billed agai... read more

Oh the complaints I have. First, no one will ever answer the phone... ive spent hours trying. Second, they will overcharge you for every service that is ordered. Example: with great coverage I received three separate bills for a single mri. Lastly, the services that they refer you to, pain management in my case, didn't address the areas that I went in for. Not to be too soapbox-y but, when a doctor swears to do no harm and proceeds to charge you 3000 dollars for an injection (that took 15 minutes in total to complete) and it... read more
Do not come to this practice. They will not listen to your needs and will not do anything you ask unless you specifically cause a stink. I have been asking for an ENT referral for almost a year, and when I came to visit in April i brought it up again and my Dr told me "Well I doubt I will be able to get you in, they don't take many new patients or referrals."
