New Dr!!
Had an appointment almost a month ago and pcp still has not signed off on the prescription they stated they would be calling in that same day! Have called several times to get it filled and the operators send it to the office as urgent, completely understanding my frustration, but pcp still won't sign off on it!
They have the best looking and nicest receptionist I've ever met!
Been trying almost a year to see my pcp Brianna. I have not gotten a single call or followup to a thing Tried to make another appointment with her scheduler that was incredibly rude and blamed me for the miscommunication. Also stated I missed several appointments and when I asked to tell me dates an times she refused. Stated if im not hearing back it's my responsibility to follow-up but how do we follow up when you cant get anyone or are told constantly you will get a call back and never do.
