Had an appointment almost a month ago and pcp still has not signed off on the prescription they stated they would be calling in that same day! Have called several times to get it filled and the operators send it to the office as urgent, completely understanding my frustration, but pcp still won't sign off on it!
They have the best looking and nicest receptionist I've ever met!
Been trying almost a year to see my pcp Brianna. I have not gotten a single call or followup to a thing Tried to make another appointment with her scheduler that was incredibly rude and blamed me for the miscommunication. Also stated I missed several appointments and when I asked to tell me dates an times she refused. Stated if im not hearing back it's my responsibility to follow-up but how do we follow up when you cant get anyone or are told constantly you will get a call back and never do. The most uncaring place I have ever seen in my life!!! I called yesterday was on hold for 35 minutes before someone answered the phone.My boyfriend is a patient there.He was told back on January 2 they would call in a prescription for antibiotics for him.They never did.Same thing happened yesterday .He is 74 years of age and doesn't get around well.He is now at the ER just like the last time.He had pneumonia. I do not recommend this Dr.office
