General surgeon Karin Cole absolutely outstanding. Clean facility, friendly staff. To the owner: I would like to speak to you regarding your emergency room, how can one get in touch with you?
All of the staff, from check in to post op nurse, were excellent. Followed up with us at home to see how recovery was going. If surgery becomes necessary and is a day surgery procedure would highly recommend!
My 18 month old had surgery to places tubes in his ears today. It was his first surgery and first time going under general anesthesia, so obviously as his mother I was extremely anxious. The level of care and reassurance we received from the pre-op nurses, anesthesia team, perioperative nurses, Dr. Cremer, and the PACU nurse was top level. I am a physician who recently had outpatient surgery at the Fore River campus. I was treated with grace, dignity, and empathy. My nurse Jax went above and beyond her duties to take excellent care of me. I was given the time needed to recover in PACU. I could not have asked for a better experience.
