If I could give zero stars I would. They checked my father in for a 9am appointment which he waited 20 minutes for as he arrived early. Then at his appointment time of 9:00 they called him back just to tell him his appointment was cancelled because of no doctor. They claimed they called him earlier in the morning to which he corrected them that they didn't and even gave them his phone as THEY requested and confirmed there was no call or voicemail from them. So they checked him in for a "non existent" appointment....? The nur... read more

If I could choose 0 stars I would. The visit to Northern Lights pain clinic was a waste of time twice. I had Ryan T whose badge said he is a PA. He was abrupt, behaved as if he did not want to hear anything I had to say, did not answer questions, interrupting me several times to state I was wrong, based on evidence of some "new treatments" without adressing concerns. I was told to go home and do research and tell him what I wanted to do. I said I dont need homework I need help, he then acted as if he felt threatened (he was ... read more

The visit to Northern Lights pain clinic was a 3 hr waste of time. I also had Ryan T whose badge said he is a PA. Like the other review he was abrupt, and dismissive. I waited for 2 months to get an appointment and had to delay surgery until after this appointment to be told that I am at the end of the bell curve and there is nothing to hat can be done. This person has zero empathy or bed side manner. He should look for another line of work. He should try surgery with no pain relief.

I don't like giving bad reviews but I do when they're warranted. I was hopeful that I would finally get relief from my back issues here. I did not. I saw someone named Ryan at the outset. I don't know who he is, what credentials he has or doesn't have, if he's a NP or something else. That would have been helpful to know. However, he was incredibly dismissive, and guess what? He was wrong. He told me what I needed, and it was incorrect. I had the procedure, it didn't work, and they told me they can't do anything for me. Wrong... read more

I was referred by Spectrum Orthaepedics. Initial consult in October was not pleasant. I was in a car accident last year and had a neck injury. I was hoping to get a procedure that would give me relief from the constant pain. The woman I saw was abrasive and somewhat dismissive of my condition. I had an MRI and other scans that clearly showed inflammation. She made several comments to me that I felt were not appropriate. She did tell me that the procedure could be done by the end of the year. I should expect a phone call with... read more
