This should be renamed Northern light Mercy cortisone injection center because that's all they do and if it doesn't work, your s*** out of luck.
My first appointment with the PA went well. That was the only appointment that went well. I was scheduled for an injection at 8:30 the following Monday. We sat in the waiting room till 9:30 when we were told an employee was late and she was the one picking up the medicine at the pharmacy. Had the injection. No material was ever given to my husband I’d myself. By Friday something was clearly wrong with my neck and back. Been trying to call for 2 days , get no answer just answer machine and no return calls ( have you gone out of business?)
I started with Dr. Ryan Trosper on February 19th of 2025. At first I thought he was helping. My health conditions are such that my mast (allergic) cells go crazy and cause inflammation and pain in random areas of every day. He did not care to look into what my pain issues were.
