I can not say enough wonderful things about the team at Mercy. From the doctors, nurses, and support staff I felt very safe and at ease during my labor, delivery & recovery. Not only did they take care of me and my son, they made sure that my fiancé felt supported as well through the whole experience. We are truly grateful for every single person on our care team ❤️
I delivered my daughter (6th child) on Christmas evening. The entire staff from midwives to nurses were amazing. Emily, happy, barbara, and Eliza stood out the most in my mind for how much they care and love their job. They were attentive and genuinely cared for me and my daughter lilly. Although all the nurses that cared for us were amazing ladies. Thank you again for an amazing experience. If God grants me to be a mother again I will totally be returning to mercy for my next birthing experience.
I wish I could give Mercy Birthing and Midwives 10 stars. Transferred here at 32 weeks and it was a gift to be cared for by the amazing midwives and nurses in this hospital. The four midwives, Shiam and reception and MA Beth are such professionals. My appointments were on time and I never once felt rushed. The midwives empowered me with information and followed my wishes every step of the way. My wife delivered my daughter at Mercy Birthplace last week. The entire staff including the doctors, nurses, lactation consultants and others were incredibly amazing, professional and considerate. The room we had was clean, private and comfortable. Thank you all for the great service you provided us.
