Everytime I have been here with my pregnancy everyone has been so sweet and kind, Great bedside manner.
It was well stated several times leading up to the appointment that children under 18 aren’t allowed in the ultrasound clinic. I’m still unsure why, but that’s because I forgot to ask. I’m sure someone there would’ve been happy to explain that. Either way, a rule is a rule, we’re in no place to argue since we were given heads up well in advance. Incredibly rude receptionist. I arrived for my 20 week scan with my son and husband. My son is 11 years old. Immediately the receptionist stated children aren't permitted in there and my husband and son would have to wait outside. I told her I apologize, I wasn't aware he couldn't come. She said I must have known. I didn't say anything rude or express that I was upset I had to attend the scan by myself. Ridiculously rude to me on the phone when trying to make a apointment for my wife,My wifes doctor advised me to make this apointment and the receptionist was downright mean and if no help whatsoever.
