No one seems to do there job at the Houghton Lake Office as in calling in medications, my boyfriend has waited two weeks now for them to do so calling them 3 times now leaving messages only to never hear back from anyone. Very often the woman at the front desk is rude and snippy on the phone. Everyone deserves respect. Not once has my boyfriend been rude to anyone even though no one here can or does there job!
