I don't recommend this place to anyone. I showed up for my appointment. Had Xrays taken and spoke to the doctor about what was going to done concerning my dental issues. When I was checking out, the office girl gave me my cost of the surgery and said the Xrays were due then. However, she said she was not the regular person that usually worked at this station and was just filling in. So she added the cost of the Xrays to the final cost. I'm not gonna name the dental surgeon, but he promised to follow up how my son's doing after his surgery, never received a call from him. If you're not gonna do it, then don't even promised it, it makes your business look bad. Another thing, we were there 15 minutes early from our appointment time, but they called my son an hour after that- It truly annoys me when somebody thinks your time is less valuable than theirs & treats you like you could just wait in their waiting room for 1 hour, no biggy.

Dr. Jacobs was fantastic! I had to have a dental implant removed and was having some anxiety before the procedure. Nurse Rachel sat and talked with me until I was calm and ready to begin. The entire staff made me feel very taken care of and my procedure went well and I healed nicely with zero complications.

Dr. Todd Jacobs is one of the best oral surgeons our family has ever used. His bedside manner is superb, and his staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer every question and address every concern we had regarding our teenager and his procedure. He was punctual, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. He even called to check up on our son after business hours, which truly meant a lot to us. Dr. Mencarelli is hands down one of the best doctors I've ever had. His bedside manner is excellent, and he makes you feel like he genuinely cares about you as a person. He and his team are very empathetic, which eased my mind so much before my first surgery (wisdom teeth). He even called to check up on me afterward, which meant the a lot to me! I truly recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing doctor. I honestly wish every doctor could be as caring and dedicated as Dr. Mencarelli. I would absolutely come back again!
