Dr. Todd Jacobs is one of the best oral surgeons our family has ever used. His bedside manner is superb, and his staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer every question and address every concern we had regarding our teenager and his procedure. He was punctual, thorough, and incredibly knowledgeable. Dr. Mencarelli is hands down one of the best doctors I've ever had. His bedside manner is excellent, and he makes you feel like he genuinely cares about you as a person. He and his team are very empathetic, which eased my mind so much before my first surgery (wisdom teeth). He even called to check up on me afterward, which meant the a lot to me! I truly recommend him to anyone looking for an amazing doctor. I honestly wish every doctor could be as caring and dedicated as Dr. Mencarelli. I would absolutely come back again!
I had my wisdom teeth removed today and I just want to say that every single person I encountered at this office was so nice and made me feel so comfortable. I was so nervous about this and had put it off for years. I'm glad I finally got it over with. My clumbsy butt even came in and knocked into the tray they had the tools on and spilled stuff and they still made me feel comfortable and didn't make me feel bad about that.
