It took 3 weeks to get an appointment and when I show up I'm told that they cancelled it because I did not confirm my appointment- I double checked my call records to make sure I hadn't missed a call or message from them - there was no call or message - took a half day off work for this appointment- was able to call another Endodontics office schedule an appointment in 4 days. I am normally the first one to give a 5-star review but absolutely not to this office.
Dr. Walden has performed multiple root canals for my husband and myself.......won't recommend anyone else. I personally have had work done by other endodontist that had to be redone. Procedures are quick, efficient, and painless.
After the numbing medication took, I didn't feel any pain. Having a root canal is never a easy procedure. Especially when they have to go through a porcelain crown. Doctor Walden took extra care not to break the crown. I love the fact that no water nor matter was allowed to enter my mouth.
They are the best in the world bar none!
