Tim was extremely professional, knowledge, personable and honest. He did not try upselling us or ?recommending? any services that we did not need. After an inquiry was submitted on a contractor search website we received a call right away. He explained his services accurately and there were no surprises when he walked the site (our house). Acknowledging we may have a mold problem and potential health hazard he gave us many options of his availability and ultimately was able to come to our house very quickly.
