So far this is probably the best experience I have had at any orthopedic medical facility! The office is immaculate & the front desk staff & medical assistant are extremely attentive. I was referred to Dr. Sarah Dickey for another opinion & couldn't feel luckier to be in such capable hands. She is the first foot doctor I've seen to have the kindness & compassion you want when you have an injury & are in pain. I did not have to wait long and the staff was very professional.
After asking several times about the orthotics that were sent in a month ago one of the assistance at the desk finally called the lab about them. She worked very hard to get an answer for me. I was overly concerned since they had told me they would have been returned within 2 or 3 weeks. Important since I use them every day.
I clicked the wrong button saying my experience was unsatisfactorily. Everything was good and professionally handled. I have nothing else to say except as already stated. See you next time.
I had a very positive experience from the time I arrived until I left the office. Everyone was very competent, polite and I was very comfortable. I would recommend this office to others indeed. Thanks to everyone for all that you did, much appreciated.
