My visit was fine and Dr.Lovato was nice and friendly. He did try to help my foot problem.
The doctor and staff were very friendly! The new computer system is awful. I had to input my information 3 times on my first visit, After 2 appointments and a biopsy, I had to sign a paper acknowledging Medicare might not paid my bill because I do not have a primary doctor. But, they will submit the claim to Medicare. This should have been told to me prior to my first visit, as it was stated on papers I filled out on line, that I do not have one.
