They installed a vinyl composite tile floor in my business' bathroom and when the tiles bubbled from below, so much so that they broke, NFT refused to fix it or replace it. They even refuse to come and even look at it. Terrible customer service. Would never use them again.
In my rug cleaning business, I often need binding of rugs, replacement fringe, and other repairs beyond my ability. These guys do a great job!! I have also had many carpet cleaning clients who need carpet repair, or new flooring comment on the high level of quality and service they recieved from Northern floor and tile.. 2 Big thumbs UP!!
