It's the best place to get great smoked salmon.
Food may be fresh buying from the counter and taking home, however I ordered cod and chips and what do I get? Frozen pre portioned cod. Seen it sitting on the counter. This offends me as a chef. You sell FRESH seafood in house and yet you sell FROZEN product directly across the store at the window. WHAT AM I MISSING HERE? Please enlighten me. So disappointing. excellent fresh seafood, and some of the best clam chowder around!
It was so lovely sitting outside in beautiful weather, eating the best fish (halibut) and fries I've had in years!
I bought 2 pounds of halibut there today and got home, used the fish fry I bought at your shop, new oil and the halibut tasted bland, no where near how its supposed to taste. even my dad said so. I threw it all out. not just yours, I bought some frozen in March at H&L produce on 74th & Lakewood dr. w. and it had no taste either. I'm friends with Ronnie Llanos good old friends and am not one to complain but I was wondering why it was only $18.99 per pound and now I know why it was so cheap. it didn't fry up like most halibut ... read more
