I can’t speak highly enough of Dr Saf Bassili and the exceptional care he has provided for my eyes over the years. Been taking my mum to this clinic for 3+ years now, i highly recommend Dr Bassili for his expertise and knowledge. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking available out front and easily accessible.

The wait time is ridiculously long. 1hr at the very least. In the past they’ve attributed it to extra cleaning due to COVID 19. What’s the reason now? Systems need changing. Maybe it’s time the Dr brought in other colleagues to help with workload. Safe to say I will be taking my parents elsewhere!
Dr Bassili, Natalie, Anna and every support staff member in both Mildura and Melbourne are caring, compassionate and invested in every patient. Dr Bassili and Dr Deng (anaesthetist) are brilliant and I am so grateful for their skilled perfection. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone place their trust (and eyesight) in their hands.
