Been taking my mum to this clinic for 3+ years now, i highly recommend Dr Bassili for his expertise and knowledge. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful. Parking available out front and easily accessible.

The wait time is ridiculously long. 1hr at the very least. In the past they’ve attributed it to extra cleaning due to COVID 19. What’s the reason now? Systems need changing. Maybe it’s time the Dr brought in other colleagues to help with workload. Safe to say I will be taking my parents elsewhere!
Dr Bassili, Natalie, Anna and every support staff member in both Mildura and Melbourne are caring, compassionate and invested in every patient. Dr Bassili and Dr Deng (anaesthetist) are brilliant and I am so grateful for their skilled perfection. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone place their trust (and eyesight) in their hands.
I am so grateful to Dr Saf Bassili for saving my eye sight after retina detachments. Dr Bassili performed complicated emergency surgery at the Freemasons over the Easter break. He also took our call when my other eye had a bleed whilst we were away in Tasmania and operated as soon as we flew back to Melbourne. Staff are wonderful and extremely efficient.
