I highly recommend Northern Exposure. Chad and the team were prompt, informative and very professional. No need to shop big name companies with this type of service from NE. I needed a new hvac system for my home and these guys had me upgraded and running same day. Their quote was very competitive and had the best service warranty in the area. Chad and Jim always give us great advice! They get to us quickly and communicate really well. My wife and I feel like we get very honest service and we will continue to trust and use Northern Exposure.
Chad and the team at Northern Exposure go above and beyond every time we’ve needed them. Our AC went out the other day after a storm and within 30 minutes Jim was here working on it. When we got our new unit a couple summers ago, one of the “big name” competitors quoted us 3x what NE did and lied to us about mold in the vents. Chad told us what we really needed and delivered. In Georgia it’s critical to have a good AC company and I trust Chad and Northern Exposure to be honest, fair, and responsive whenever we call!
