I highly recommend Northern Exposure. Chad and the team were prompt, informative and very professional. No need to shop big name companies with this type of service from NE. I needed a new hvac system for my home and these guys had me upgraded and running same day. Their quote was very competitive and had the best service warranty in the area. Chad and the team at Northern Exposure go above and beyond every time we’ve needed them. Our AC went out the other day after a storm and within 30 minutes Jim was here working on it. When we got our new unit a couple summers ago, one of the “big name” competitors quoted us 3x what NE did and lied to us about mold in the vents. Chad told us what we really needed and delivered. I recently had NE install a new complete AC unit for our house. I got about 5 quotes and their offer presented the highest value overall. Their installers came a little late and took a little longer to install then what was originally discussed. However, I want to actually commend the entire crew from management to the installers.
