I have just started on this healing journey and I have to say, I couldn't have asked for better people in my journey. Love them!
After being told I had no choice but to have back surgery I went and saw Keith and his amazing group at Northern Edge in January. I am in awe of my results so far. My leg is no longer numb and dragging, I don't have to sleep in a recliner and my ortho doc is no longer saying the words surgery. Outside the box therapy and continuing hard work has meant no pain medication and no surgery for me. I am still a work in progress but cannot say how much I love these guys!

Went to Northen Edge PT for strength training on my ACL after I had a second surgery on it. The Keith Poorbaugh and his staff are amazing, from their knowledge in the field down to the sense of humor and friendliness. I will recommend them above all to anyone that needs a PT, because of them I can continue my passion in MMA training. I love my time in there. Big thanks to all of them for my speedy recovery.
