I had a fantastic experience at Northern Detail & Polish today in North Bay! My Tesla Model 3’s rear bumper had a burn mark from another detailing shop somewhere else. I mentioned it to Alex, one of the owners, and he was super cool about it, just said, “Come by, I’ll check it out.” When I showed up, he took a quick look, grabbed his polisher, and fixed it right there like it was no big deal!
