The first time I went there for my initial consultation everyone was quite nice. Sucked my insurance provider didn't cover them at the 90% they're supposed to, but it is what it is. I was told I need a deep cleaning that will require 3hrs and was scheduled to come back on a Wednesday a few weeks later. Unfortunately, the weekend before my appointment I got sick. Always friendly and east to schedule appointments with despite my busy schedule and living 2 hours away. PLUS willing to lookat things a different way. I has a small tooth root abcess at the bifurcation of the roots of a lower molar. I didn't really want it extracted so Dr Vaia cleaned and packed with bone graft material. Now we wait to see how it turns out and if I can keep my tooth for longer
