Dr Novak is the best! I moved down recently and was lucky to have found her. She is kind and thorough and got me right in for emergency extraction as a new patient. Thank you very much!
Dr Novak has been an absolute lifesaver!!! I have had many issues finding a provider for oral surgery with my insurance and luckily I was fortunate to have found her. She was awesome and took care of my issues. I cant say enough wonderful things about them.
First visit, she was kind and answered most questions. I went in tremendous pain. Then things went downhill. It had to be one pharmacy, that's it. I called because the medicine wasn't in stock there, but was at my regular pharmacy, but the staff said she refused to change it to my pharmacy. I tried several different ways, to work with them and get my prescription, but all was 'no:'. My blood pressure spiked and I had other symptoms from the pain. Dr Novak and her team are absolutely incredible! As someone who is self conscious about my teeth I had to have extractions and they were quick and painless! I felt extremely at ease through the entire process. The office is extremely clean and up to date, the equipment is state of the art, and the staff is very welcoming!
I had a wonderful experience. Very professional environment. Super friendly. They explained everything they were doing very thoroughly before they did it, as they did it and while they were doing it. I would recommend this practice to anybody!
I had a wonderful experience with friendly front desk staff, prompt service, and a thorough cleaning by Dr. Novak and her team. She was very knowledgeable and I feel in confident hands in her care. Strongly recommended!
