I had an infected broken tooth and could only get an appointment 5 months out. After calling multiple times about it, I was able to get an appointment. After getting it pulled, they didn't give me any antibiotics even though it was infected. It got infected directly after, and I had to wait a couple of days to get in to get it looked at. The people are nice there and I understand that they're busy. However, it's been very difficult to get an urgent operation done.
My family has always been treated extremely kind. Everyone is very thorough, which is important when it involves my children. We also love the timely manner of getting my entire family in and out! The only downfall is how far appointments book out. It is hard to get in for an appointment.
I had a sore tooth and they were able to get me in same day. The staff are fabulous the majority of the time too. I have my favorite cleaner and the dentist is talkative and great. Thanks again!!!

Horrible experience, my gums are literally ripped & tore swollen & bleeding. I get it yeah I came for a teeth cleaning & I expected a little bit of blood or just sensitivity but this is beyond words. Then when I got there the “rough estimate” for it was “close to $100” the receptionist said at the end of everything when I went to pay the receptionist says “it’s gonna be $689” I was like “excuse me??
