The crew here is wonderful! Alex is a very busy guy, but he never makes you feel like you are less important than any of the other things on his agenda. He is wonderfully knowledgeable and works to find what is best for you, not necessarily what is the most benefit to him. He has taken the time to help me know how to fix my children's (cheap) bikes on my own, and also in picking the proper "real" bike when the time comes. Keep up the good work!
