They stayed open late when we had a repair late in the day, we where able to continue riding the MTB trails at the Movil Maze afterwards!
Great customer service and knowledge. They are very prompt and have reasonable prices. Had 2 bikes tuned up here this spring. Then on Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend, I had flat tire. Wasn't sure if they could get to it, but had to ask. About 15 minutes later, I was leaving their shop with a fixed tire.
Trek is a great product and I always get great service.

Shout out to Alex at Northern Cycle... stopped in today to change out a new stem for my fatty... if there is a more friendly, courteous and knowledgeable employee at any local business I'd be shocked. Alex went the extra mile for me by giving my bike all sorts of attention: adjusting, cleaning, etc all the while taking care of other customers. He gave of his busy schedule. It's no wonder we've purchased 3 bikes from Northern Cylce. This type of hometown service is what it's all about. #BemidjiProud
While my last experience here left something to be desired, my experience today made up for it. The gentlemen this morning made sure I had the right tools without sounding condescending. They also made sure I had the right tire tubes, again talking to me like a customer and not down at me because I'm a woman. It's hard for women to go into repair businesses and be treated with respect but the guys there today were awesome.
