We called Northern Comfort to come out and check our Air conditioning. It was not cooling correctly. They came the next day and did checked and cleaned it and found a problem. They were very helpful, and pleasant to work with. We are waiting for the quote to replace the part and get things perfect again. The air is still running so we are ok until the repair. Thank you.
I am always pleased with the response, the quality work and the consistent and thorough communication from Northern and the team. I have several older homes that have apartments in them and Northern has consistently and quickly handled issues so as to not inconvenient tenants more than necessary. They have been a lifesaver.
