Update: After posting this review, I received a call from Alex, the co-owner. He explained the situation, answered all my questions, and apologized for the missed follow-up. He said the communication lapse isn’t common, but didn’t commit to changing how he and his team follows up. I increased the rating from a one-star to three-star review because the technical service was solid and the follow-up conversation eventually happened and put my mind at ease.
