RecommendedThey had to reschedule me because they wanted to give the patient they were with full attention and the procedure was harder on the poor elderly lady that was before me. They were flexible and gracious fitting me in 2 days later.
I had an appointment today with Alex Troxel for a root canal. it was a painless, almost joyous experience. Doctor Troxell was friendly and explained everything at the beginning and throughout the procedure. They, him and his assistant, whose name I cannot unfortunately recall, were not only polite to me but polite to one another, saying please, thank you, and your welcome. How refreshing. And as a bonus they have the nicest bathroom of any doctor's office I've ever seen. I recommend them without exception
Dr. Brad and Sarah are an amazing team! They made me feel comfortable and had it done so quickly. Such a relief because I was in so much pain. They were wonderful! Thank you for taking such good care of me!
Had a root canal done. Coming from someone that feared places like this. Dr. Geraets and his assistant were great. Would highly recommend. They make you comfortable while being very friendly and professional!
