Before this company got bought out ive never had a complaint. But now i am dealing with a company who suck at customer service i literally have to call 3 times a month to figure out why my trash didnt get pick up on my schedule date and no one in the office knows why . Get it togather before you loose your loyal customers
Waste Management bought them out. Closed recycle center on O Street. Now they don't answer their phones
Worst company! I didn’t know there was a trashy trash service! I kept putting my trash out, and they kept missing it. Then I would get a message that my pick up date had been changed. Now that my bin is overflowing, I’ve decided to go with Bunting.
Loved NCD for almost 15years ...WM not so much. First it was weeks of trying to get them to pick up our trash...now it is a random resume service fee?!?! We have paid our bills never recieved any sort of notice etc. Called them they have no idea why etc...Not worth the headache anymore, cancelled and going to Bunting. We miss the old NCD.
