Be advised that NCC will charge a $125 Trip charge on all quotes and Scott (the owner) is unpleasant if you question this charge. When I asked that this $125 trip charge be waived Scott called me 'Entitled' (as well as other names I will not mention) and hung up on me, as he considered it reasonable for this charge to stick for the 5 minutes his technician spent at my home looking at the unit which the tech said did not need any repairs.
