Disgusting, reprehensible incompetence. The doctor’s office faxed over an authorization for an MRI and physical therapy visits NUMEROUS times to NCPN, and each time, they deny having received it. Meanwhile, my uncle’s well being hangs in the balance and in need of care that he cannot get because of NCPN’s abhorrent incompetence. This is criminal.
