I’m not sure why this office is getting such bad views over not ABLE TO ANSWER EVERY PHONE CALL. I’ve had some challenges reaching the office over the phone, but I’ve never had an issue reaching someone via email. The staff is very prompt on replying to emails. I just want to say I am so thankful to Dr. LE and his staff. I have been to multiple orthopedic surgeons, either unable or unwilling to do a total ankle replacement on me due to my age and injury. When I pulled up my Xray from dignity health and showed this African American Dr , he laughed in my face and said is this a Chat GPT photo witch it was NOT it was my actual hand that I’m experiencing 10/10 pain in so that was NOT funny to me at all. So I will be contacting my insurance to switch out of this office. Didn’t get offered any relief of any kind just jokes . Do not recommend this office if you are of color.
