In this hole, they don't pick up the phone! We call in turns for 2 weeks. They don't see the doctor's referral. When I was there, they had an automatic answering machine on. I have never seen such horror anywhere!
If I could give less than one star I would. The worst care I’ve received to date. Horrible communication, wasted six months of my time. I absolutely suggest you take your business and your body somewhere else.
It is nearly impossible to reach this clinic by phone! I have been trying to call for several days, but no one answers. I also tried contacting a different office, but the situation is the same – long wait times with no response. It seems like getting through is just not possible. I hope the management addresses this issue and improves patient communication.
I visited back in June due to an ankle injury. The initial appointment was good, but everything after has been incredibly frustrating. It honestly should have been a red flag that I could never reach them by phone, and I had to go into the office to schedule the initial appointment. I don't even know how many times I have called them about the MRI they asked me to get. After having this doctor for a little over a year now, I can say that this doctors office still carries out the best patient care. From the scheduling over the phone, to the front desk/back assistants, I have had exceptional care. I felt Dr. Le and his staff truly care and really listen to their patients. The phone tree has improved a thousand percent as well. I've got nothing but great things to say, and appreciate all the help they've given me for sure!
