Just completed the FRP program. There were some overlapping/duplicate classes but once we spoke up and talked to the clinicians about this, the classes got better. All classes were helpful and informative. I especially enjoyed the nutritional class with Chris McKee, the relation class with Claudia and the PT class with Kendall. This FRP is wonderful! The staff is very caring and make sure you are are comfortable and not pushing yourself. My group was amazing. You have to fully participate to your ability and use all of the skills you are taught. I didn't think I could make it, but I DID! Dr. Foote is really cool and helpful, great insight. Dr Kinsley (sp) is very sweet and super interesting- O.K. they both are! Dr Kendar (sp) is very good at explaining things in a "regular" manner - not all medical jargon. I have learned so much! This place is horrible! I was abused by Dr Foote & Dr Kimsey. Can't cope with anything now! I've had to check myself into the hospital for mental brake down recently. Zero trust with anyone now. You people are horrible!
From the beginning, I was getting weird vibes from Dr K and Dr Foot. Needless to say, this is a program that entails mental health, physical health, mind-body, and soul. Basically, you're supposed to see a psychologist once a week. This is a 6 week program I saw 0 I had 01 on ones. What can I say without sounding like in infomercial for the FRP Program in general. After 1.5+ years of being bounced around from one treatment attempt to another, I was referred to a FRP Program by my QME. At first, I was skeptical since I thought it was going to be just another hoop I have to jump thorough for the Insurance Company, but I couldn’t have been more wrong.
