Absolutely wonderful caring staff. Surgery done in excellent nearby facility. Such a treat to see blue violet again after cataract surgery!
I would highly recommend this office. Dr Shaw was great to work with. Felt very comfortable all the way through- she really took the time to explain everything so I knew exactly what to expect. The office staff was great too... very accommodating and extremely helpful and thorough through both of my surgeries. They were very knowledgeable and could answer all questions and were willing to work with me when I needed to reschedule. This is a great place and you should not hesitate using them!!!!
At NCCA I have worked with Optometrist Dr. Susan Link on my vision changes (including early stage glaucoma). Dr. Link is exceptionally caring and competent, and spent considerable time with me, making sure she was as helpful as she could be. I am grateful to have her on my medical team.
My partner made an appointment here and gave them the insurance info over the phone. Never once did anyone from this office told us his insurance was out of network. We drove for an hour from San Jose only to be told he’s out of network. Wasting our time when a simple phone call would have avoided this. Do better.
