I used to love Dr. padula, but he left so I saw Dr. Dixit after switching from Dr. Nair. Nothing *wrong* with dr. Nair, but I felt like he wasn't as involved as Dr. Padula so I asked to see another Dr. At the office. That was a big mistake. Do NOT make an appointment with Dr. Dixit. She appears to be more concerned with whether or not you're recording your appointment than whatever is going on with you as a patient. Dr.Padula has saved my life. After years of searching for answers and suffering, he's gotten my rheumatoid arthritis under control and continues to diligently monitor my care and treatment. He takes his patients very seriously and listens to all of my problems and helps to think and find solutions for them. Thanks Dr.Padula and team!
I have never been so happy with the doctor and the services. Dr. Padula is an amazing doctor. Much respect for him. My treatment has been exceptional. Dr. Padula is very thorough with your appointments. Gives you enough time. Doesn't make you feel like you're rushed. I've never had a doctor like this before. It truly is amazing how this doctor gives you the time to explain yourself and is understanding. Thank you, Dr. Padula!
The front desk staff is really rude and unprofessional. I was even a little early to my appointment and I was kept waiting in the waiting room for over an hour. Checked what was taking so long after 30 min wait, they told I was next, then another 40 mins go by, turns out the didn't even check me in when I arrived. What the heck!? They play too much. I was in a lot of pain. I don't know what happened, they used to be much better, new staff is terrible. Not all but some. They even have had me waiting 5 months to get my Enbrel.... read more
Dr T was very thorough and explained everything to me. He was pleasant and friendly and I am very happy with him.
