The “on call” doctor doesn’t return phone calls apparently. What good is a doctor who isn’t around despite being paid to be available? My advice is to take your family elsewhere.

I love all of the staff at NBP. I went there as a kid and I take my son there now as well. The nurses are all amazing, friendly, and so helpful everytime we go. Lynn has always been really helpful with us and Dr. Degrenier is the best doctor in my opinion! She takes the time to explain everything and answer every question I have. She helps my baby feel comfortable and plays with him so he isn't so nervous and that's ALOT more than I can say for the so called "doctor" he saw in Pittsfield a few times.
