We have been under the care of Dr Mandy Fletcher since our son was a little baby and she has been incredible. She goes above and beyond for her patients. She listens, is professional and extremely thorough and always advocates for your child. Dr Fletcher is an expert in her field and her experience and knowledge always shines through at every appointment. Moved here as it was closer, $500 initial assessment for 1 child, the doctor we had had us in and out in 10 mins, didnt listen, so we tried to move to another in the facility, then alll 3 kids hit with ANOTHER initial assessment fee of $500. Front desk treats you like you are the biggest inconvenience to their day...
We have had a fantastic experience at Northern Beaches Paediatrics. Dr Fletcher is an amazing paediatrician - she is extremely knowledgeable and really cares for her patients and their families. Rebecca and all of the admin and reception staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient; and the atmosphere at the practice is extremely warm and child-friendly. We are so grateful to have found such an excellent paediatric specialist practice.
I strongly recommend staying completely clear of this place. The front desk repeatedly makes mistakes and then blames you instead of taking any responsibility. They speak over you the moment you try to explain the situation, and when you stand your ground, they accuse you of “raising your voice” — even when you didn’t. I have a voice recording of the entire conversation if anyone wants to hear it and judge for themselves. What makes this even worse is how they treat the children they’re supposed to care for.
