We have had a fantastic experience at Northern Beaches Paediatrics. Dr Fletcher is an amazing paediatrician - she is extremely knowledgeable and really cares for her patients and their families. Rebecca and all of the admin and reception staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and efficient; and the atmosphere at the practice is extremely warm and child-friendly. We are so grateful to have found such an excellent paediatric specialist practice.
I strongly recommend staying completely clear of this place. The front desk repeatedly makes mistakes and then blames you instead of taking any responsibility. They speak over you the moment you try to explain the situation, and when you stand your ground, they accuse you of “raising your voice” — even when you didn’t. We have seen 2 different paediatricians at the practice with my kids across the last 3 years. Amazing reception team who manage to juggle patient demands and busy doctors' schedules. Not an easy task but they are responsive, and caring and the PM has eyes on everything which is so refreshing. We feel like we are in very good hands, Thank you Northern Beaches Paediatrics
Over the past 12-18 months I have moved all 3 of my kids from other practices to now come and see Dr Mandy Fletcher. She has helped our family move from surviving to thriving! So grateful to have such a wonderful, caring paediatrician that is so thorough and knowledgeable. The reception team are also exceptional, responding promptly and accommodating requests to meet our family's needs. Highly recommend!
Dr Fletcher abandoned my child when care was needed most, along with the rest of the group. Very disappointed.
