Wonderful experience, they made my son (8 years old) who can be nervous around new people, very comfortable. Lots of glasses for him to choose from, and made an experience he wasn’t looking for an enjoyable one. Highly recommend.
I don’t normally write reviews however in the case of Northern Beaches Optical, I have to make an exception. The service from NBO has been nothing short of the very best. It was quick, efficient and thoroughly professional. They explained what they were doing every step of the way and specifically, why. In an era where service can be either non existent or slap dash at best, my experience with NBO harkened back to another time when service and professionalism was the norm.
