It’s truly a 5-star service and team. I read the reviews and was sceptical, but I decided to give it a shot. WOW! Premium service. I’d never go back to getting my prescription done at the mall. Why would I pay more to be not this well treated? I’m very picky about services and let me tell You, they deliver!
Excellent customer service by Raffy, he found me frames that I could recycle my lenses into which saved me so much money ! A great choice of frames and sunglasses and priced very well. Highly recommend !

My experience with the Northern Beaches Optical was very professional and thorough and very friendly, I was greeted by Raffy and Yeghia when I walked in to see if he could check my old glasses as I was having dizziness issues, I thought I needed new glasses. They had so many frames to choose from and ofcourse you need your glasses to see how they look. It was getting very difficult as Raffy was selecting many frames that would suit me.
