Great service from an honest trustworthy mechanic. John always goes above and beyond to provide a great service in a timely manner. From a simple brake job to an emergency call of my battery’s dead I managed to boost it and get it running but I don’t trust it, I’m dropping it off like now.
Highly recommend Northern Auto & Tire, especially John Rodney. My fiancé and I have been going to John for years, and he’s hands down the best mechanic around. Honest, knowledgeable, and reliable, he always takes the time to explain what’s going on. Even when it’s really busy, he manages to fit us in. Many of our family members go to him as well, and wherever John goes, we go. He goes above and beyond every single time – we wouldn’t take our vehicles anywhere else. Truly exceptional service :)
I can’t say enough good things about this shop. John and his team are honest, reliable and go above and beyond to make sure your vehicle is taken care of. They answered my questions and explained everything clearly, gave me fair pricing and had the work done on time. It’s rare to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but I feel confident brining my car here for anything it needs.
Called got me in quick had a valve leak that another place failed to do right. They brought me back showed me what was exactly wrong. Fixed it quickly and properly also great customer service. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend thanks again
